Hi, If the tracking advises "in transit". Given your remote location the order has been delivered to a local carrier by Tuffnels, hence the "in transit". This carrier will then complete the last mile. Please keep an eye on your tracking, this will again update. The goods will arrive now within the next few days.

We are but a few suppliers that still deliver to your area free of charge, most make a surcharge or simply refuse. Alas the delivery has to go through a few carriers to get to you.

Please do not be concerned, I understand how Tuffnels may be reporting this can be confusing. You will get your goods, if they do not arrive within the next few days come back to us and we will chase.
