1.3 How to find my API Key?

You must fill out your API Key on [HaloSkins] - [Settings] - [Steam] to start selling on HaloSkins.

The API Key can only be used for querying and canceling trade offers, not for creating or accepting them.

HaloSkins encrypts and stores the user's API Key and only uses it for querying purposes.

To get your Steam API Key, follow these steps:

> Navigate to the Steam API Key page.

> Add your domain, agree to the terms, and click on register. Your key will be displayed in the key text field.

> If you already have an API Key that you did not register yourself, it is recommended to revoke it and then register for a new API Key.
