1.4 How to activate my Steam authenticator?

Please note that Steam accounts without a bound authenticator cannot trade on HaloSkins.

The steps are as follows:

> Download the Steam Mobile App from App Store or Google Play.

> Open the app and log in to Steam.

> Open the menu list on the bottom right and click on "Confirmations”.

> Click on "Add Authenticator" to receive codes on your phone.

> Follow the steps to enter your phone number, receive a text message, and complete the binding process. 

It is highly recommended to do so and wait for the trade hold period to end before trading on HaloSkins.

The hold period is 15 days for first-time bindings; if you have previously bound an authenticator and it has been 15 days, the hold period is typically 7 days.
