3.5 What is an Instant Delivery Item?

The [Instant Delivery] feature is represented by a small rocket icon in on-sale listing on the App and website.

By clicking this icon, you can filter the listings to quickly find items that qualify for Instant delivery. For such items, the seller guarantees to complete the delivery within 20 minutes after purchase. Usually the whole process will be completed within 2 minutes. 

Combined with the [Auto Receive] function, it helps you complete transactions quickly and securely.

The car icon/human icon represents merchants that ship manually, and we label them by their average shipping time.

Items with car icons will have a shorter average shipping time than items with humanoid icons, but due to the uncertainty of manual shipping, the exact shipping time depends on the merchant. If an order remains unshipped for more than 12 hours, the order will be automatically canceled and the seller will be penalized.
