General withdrawal guide

Dear Customer,

To view the general withdrawal guide, you can refer to the instructional file provided at the end of this page.

Important Notes:

For each withdrawal method, the time it takes for the funds to reach your destination account is specified in the Deposits & Withdrawals – Withdrawals section of the website.

Withdrawals from copy trading accounts are only possible on Sundays between 12:00 PM and 12:00 AM (Iran Standard Time), and only one withdrawal request per day is allowed.

If your request does not match the criteria, it will be placed on hold for manual review by the finance team during working hours.

Finance Team Working Hours (as per the updated financial policies published on the website):

Every day from Saturday to Friday, 06:30 – 20:30 (Server Time)
