Important Notes:

Each time you log into your user panel, your wallet address will change. Therefore, always obtain the deposit wallet address at the time of your transaction and take a screenshot of the address for reference.

If the deposited amount (including network fees) differs by more than 5% from the amount you entered in the broker, your request will be placed on hold for manual review by the finance team during working hours. Once verified, it will be processed manually.
