Authentication failed and invalid account

Reasons:

  1. Incorrect account number (account not found in the system).
  2. Incorrect password or account number, or selecting the wrong server (please make sure to select the correct server—Demo or Real—on the login page).

Solution:

Correct the above-mentioned issues. Additionally, we recommend copying and pasting your password directly from your email to minimize typing errors.
