Receiving the “Invalid Account” or “Authentication Failed” error can only be caused by three possible reasons:

  1. Incorrect server selection
  2. When connecting your account to MetaTrader, please ensure you select the correct server:
  • For Demo accounts: select AronMarkets-Demo
  • For Real or Prop accounts: select AronMarkets-MT5
  1. Incorrect account number
  2. You can verify your account number in the “Accounts” > “Account Overview” section of your client portal.
  3. Incorrect account password
  4. Please be careful when entering your password. We recommend entering it manually (avoid copy-pasting). Pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
  5. If you still receive the error, reset your password and try again using the new password.
