Your account has been disabled
Dear Client,
If your account has been deactivated, you will see this message. Another common reason for this issue is entering the incorrect password.
Please note:
- Prop accounts may be deactivated in case of rule violations. In such cases, a corresponding email will be sent to you.
- Competition and challenge accounts will also be deactivated automatically after the end of the respective event.
For further details:
- From your Client Portal, go to the Accounts > Account Overview section to check the status of your accounts.
- You can also search for your account number in your email inbox to find any notification emails regarding account deactivation.
