If your account has been deactivated, you will see this message. Another common reason for this issue is entering the incorrect password.

Please note:

  • Prop accounts may be deactivated in case of rule violations. In such cases, a corresponding email will be sent to you.
  • Competition and challenge accounts will also be deactivated automatically after the end of the respective event.

For further details:

  • From your Client Portal, go to the Accounts > Account Overview section to check the status of your accounts.
  • You can also search for your account number in your email inbox to find any notification emails regarding account deactivation.
