Processing Time for Withdrawal Requests

Please note that withdrawals via different platforms will be processed after approval by our Finance Team and confirmation email. The funds will then be credited to your account or wallet during the Finance Team’s working hours, according to the schedule below:

 

Finance Team Working Hours:

Every day from Saturday to Friday, 06:30 – 20:30 (Server Time)

 

USDT Withdrawals: Up to 24 hours after approval

 

All other withdrawal methods: 1 to 3 business days after approval by the Finance Team

 

We kindly ask for your patience, as your requested amount will be received within the mentioned timeframe once your withdrawal has been approved.
