How to place a stop order (Buy/Sell) on a computer

To place a Buy Stop or Sell Stop order:

1. Go to the Market Watch section in MetaTrader and click on Symbols.
2. Right-click on the desired symbol and select New Order.
3. In the order window, change the order type to Pending Order.
4. From this section, select the type of pending order you want, e.g., Buy Stop or Sell Stop.
5. Enter your desired Take Profit, Stop Loss, and Entry Price.

For example, with a Buy Stop order, your entry price must be higher than the current market price, so make sure to set the levels accordingly.

6.Click Place to submit your order.
