How to Open an Account (Online)

1. Visit the Crutrust website or download the mobile app. https://account.crutrustbank.com/register
2. Select “Open an Account”.
3. Fill in your details:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Residential Address
• Email & Phone Number

1. Upload a valid ID (National ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s Card, or Passport).
2. Submit a passport-style photo or selfie for verification.
3. Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
4. Once approved, your account number will be generated and sent via SMS/Email.
